120 Days
[NOTE: There's not a matching Challenge Type, so I've creating this as a Timed Weight Loss Challenge.] The 120 Day challenge is about a group of people making a commitment to doing 120 Days of good stuff for their bodies. For most, that will include exercise and eating well every day. Others might want to add specific goals for flexibility, strength, or particular activities ("Climb a 5 dot problem at the Spot!"). Find one or more people to partner with on the challenge, come up with some goals, find some metrics that will let you know how you're doing along the way, and make it happen! |
