I’m keeping my calories under 2000, and getting on the elliptical when I can. It’s working great so far. Love tracking my food, it’s easy :)

I haven’t recorded my weight in a bit. I suggest not drinking alcohol at all. I did that and I really haven’t seen results. I have stopped drinking for a week and a half so far. I did eat more than usual because school started…

Ugh, college needs to be over.

March Madness

This has been great- nice motivation! I’m down 50 now. Daily Burn helped a lot, and this challenge helped too. I used Medifast meals to loose the first 30 or so, and have been working out and eating “smartly.” I would like to get another 20 off, but it is slow going now that I am closer to my goal.
