This is coming at the right time bella – I haven’t tracked my food for weeks…

Suggestions: convince our bfs not to buy us chocolate!
i think the cardio challenge will help us and I think I need to really curb my “splurges”.

Me too! I need to get back on the wagon so to speak! Amazing how you get out of the habit for just a short bit and it snowballs!!!! ARGHHHH. I am really excited about it!

Bella – Perhaps, we could team up in pairs of two to kind of check on each other and support each other through? What do you think?

Is there a plan on what we are going to do or will this be the cardio challenge that begins soon on VP. OR are we on own in terms of what we do and just report in on how we are doing? Having lost 7 lbs on the CLEAN detox these last 3 weeks I don’t imagine I will lose anymore, lol too bad I didn’t start this 3 weeks ago!

I Lost 10 Lbs! Conqueror Bulga Bag Quick starter out the gate

I’m so excited about this challenge! This came when I’m trying to get back on track… I think the team idea is great too! I plan to do this by running and trying to do some at home exercise dvds.

I am thinking for this challenge..to get to my goal, I am going to UP my cardio to as much as I can possibly tolerate without collapsing, and try to reduce the amount of carbs I eat…but increase my protein and veggie intake =)

I am also going to up my cardio to 45 minutes a day (trying to get to 60 minutes) and continue with the TA mat workouts and eating CLEAN! Is there a special place we log our workouts for the challenge or do we continue in our own workout logs? Not sure how things will be recorded here.
