Lift the most weight before july 16th any weight you lift this includes bodyweight 70% bodyweight for push ups, full for dips, pull ups etc non for crunches exept if you use actual weights while doing it good luck!! and be carefull

lol everyone says that but at least you all have something to work towards and help motivate i actually wish i had someone ahead of me to push me harder
i think the advantage is being so heavy which hopefully wont be for much longer.

I Burned 50K Calories! I Did 1,000 Pushups! I Burned 5,000 Calories!

I’m in but I’m not going to change my workout plan. It’s working great for me so far, and I don’t want to overdo anything. In fact, I need to back off a few exercises – building muscle is complicated, and doing to much is very counterproductive.
