Lift the most weight before july 16th any weight you lift this includes bodyweight 70% bodyweight for push ups, full for dips, pull ups etc non for crunches exept if you use actual weights while doing it good luck!! and be carefull |

Ok, I’ll join, but there is little chance I can compete with the Dogg! I’m first right now because my morning workout has already been added, but that’ll be blown away pretty fast. Maybe over time, Chris will get tired so I can catch up, but I doubt so! |

I’m in but I’m not going to change my workout plan. It’s working great for me so far, and I don’t want to overdo anything. In fact, I need to back off a few exercises – building muscle is complicated, and doing to much is very counterproductive. Good luck everyone. |
