I Lost 20 Lbs! Initializer I Lost 10 Lbs!

I just started the C25K Program on Wednesday and I completed Week 1, Day 2 Today. I walked/jogged for about 2 miles in 30 mins. I still need to increase by distance and decrease the time I do it in.
