Prefontaine's Prodigy I Burned 50K Calories! I Lost 50 LBS! I Ran 100 Miles! I Burned 25K Calories! Honorary Olympian I Walked 100 Miles! I Burned 5,000 Calories! Gold Medalist I Lost 35 Lbs! Champion I Biked 100 Miles! I've Lost It! I Lost 20 Lbs! I Lost 10 Lbs! I Lost 5 Lbs!

OK if I join even though I’m on week 5? It only took me six weeks to finish the first four weeks, if you see what I’m saying. ;-)

Of course! Speaking of challenges I can’t join yours, when I try it gives me an error. Willing to set it up all over again? You’d have to get the people in it to move to the new copy…

Great, I’m in! Although, I just noticed that I think it’s going to award the badge once someone runs a total of 5k… cumulatively, rather than “at once”, so it might be given away prematurely.

Bummer about not being able to join the one I created. Looks like my name change really messed things up. I might set it up again over the weekend.

Ah, I didn’t realize it was cumulative. I changed the total to 100K, which is my guesstimate of how much running it will take to complete the c to 5k program, or at least will make the challenge last for a few more weeks!

Also, does anyone in the challenge have a favourite way of logging the exercise? The version I’m using is very painful to enter, with a separate entry for every interval of the training and seems inaccurate too – its total distance and calorie estimate was way higher in the end than my treadmill’s readout. It seems like it would be easier to just log one block of ‘walking’ for all the walking and another of ‘jogging’ for all the jogging…

Logical change. And here I thought I’d be halfway there after today’s run! (Forgetting also that the challenge hadn’t started yet. Double-darn!) :)
.
I entered all the intervals at first, but now I just enter my total running and my total walking and click “didn’t do this” for all the other intervals. If that makes sense.
