I Lost 10 Lbs! I Lost 5 Lbs!

@KateBrown, are you putting the info about this challenge somewhere else? I am waiting on the basics of the diet and exercise components. I could use some tips about the diet part especially, other than eating a burger without the bun, I have never really restricted my carbs before LOL. I am trying my best to eat as much protein and as little carbs as I can but tuna is getting old, you know? Thanks!

I’d like to second msmary’s question. I worked out like a biyatch today and can’t figure out how to add my progress to the challenge. The exact same thing msmary describes keeps happening to me.

I don’t mind looking stupid, explain to me like to a 3 year old, if you like. I just want to know how to update.

I’m also making a video explaining each.

Essentially, the 5 foundations are:

Eliminate all sugar and processed carbs like white flour and high fructose corn syrup.
Consume no more than 25% of your daily calorie intake from carbs.
Eliminate carbs after 6pm.
Burn at least 2,100 calories per week through exercise.
Incorporate weight ab exercises into your workouts to make your abs pop.

I’m editing a video today that explains each in depth.
