Has it really been 5 weeks? I can’t believe how fast time is going. Just have to see this one through – I really love this challenge, it keeps me motivated! Congrat Warriormd5 – sounds like you are doing great! |

You guys are so funny! Thanks for the motivating posts. I’ve lost 10 pounds so far and I’d like: 1. Not fall off the weight loss wagon b/c I’m feeling GREAT and 2. Lose about 10 more pounds. Thanks for the fun. Keep it up! |

Nearing the halfway mark – how’s everyone doing? Stick with it because it’s totally worth all the effort! I’ve had better weeks but I’m not going to complain much since some of it was out of my control and the other things, well, more to learn from! |

I’m doing well. My diet fluctuates, but I have enough margin in my plan to allow for a little give and take. My workouts were a little aggressive and led to some early injuries and pain. Since then, I’ve found other ways to keep my activity levels up and still have adequate time to rest. At the 45 day mark, I’m upping my workouts by going from Phase 1-2 to Phase 3-4 in the Power 90 program. From what I can tell, it just means a little more time exercising and an increase in the intensity level. Since I’m still seeing progress with my current workouts, I don’t know that it’s necessary, but my goal is to finish in shape to do P90X. Hopefully, this will get me closer. |

Nice work everyone! We have some real winners on here already and I am excited to see how everyone finishes. I have had a few hiccups in my weight loss but I am still working at it. It is inspiring to see how some of you are really keeping up the motivation and encouraging others. Keep pushing it until the end! |

I have to say that this last week was a tough one for me but not in the way that it would have been in the past. I was on vacation and made sure to pack good healthy snacks, watch my food intake and try to get exercise via hiking and hotel fitness rooms. But then the final day of the trip hit and it was mostly sitting in the car and eating less than stellar food. The important thing I’m taking from this is the knowledge that one day isn’t enough to ruin things forever and that it’s really easy to just move on now and get back to where I want to be. It’s just now I have to re-lose some of the weight, but I did it once, I can do it again! Hopefully everyone else is still going strong! Keep it up!! |
