We’d better lift some weight! I worked legs last night but created the challenge after I’d already posted the workout and thus didn’t get “credit” for it. Will be in the gym tomorrow for upper-body work.

I’m wondering whether we get “credit” for what we’ve lifted on the following day. Keep an eye out and see if that’s what happens.

I Did 1,000 Pushups!

ok, very frustrated with this. according to my workout logs, i’ve lifted 178,442# since the start of this challenge, but i’m only getting credit for 101,155#. what the heck is going on?? there’s no motivation to join challenges if they don’t track info correctly.

I just noticed people are including body weight. I didn’t know it was allowed, so haven’t been using bw.

Will someone post the percentages being used? The percentages may be different than other challenges posted. Thank you.
