Cool, I see we have a new challenger. Thanks for creating the new challenge. I think it’s the only way I’ll stay motivated, unless I can get Ennis or Quade to join Gyminee. I think I’ll send them an invitation. Those guys are pretty competitive and might like the challenge. Again, you and Jesse….great job on the run today. I need to get you guys talked into doing the half with me.

AZ, just so you know, Steve created this to help keep me motivated and to get me to train for a half marathon on Nov 2. I’m trying to talk Steve and Jesse into running it with me. You are more than welcome, not sure where you are from but the race is in Raleigh, NC on Nov2.

teelman thanks for the invite to the half, but I don’t think I’ll be able to. I’ve been slacking on my running. I did a 13K race a couple of weeks ago & thought my legs were going to fall off! I’m such a runner wanna-be, I really try. So, for the sake of helping you out I’m going to try to run at least twice a week. Does running on the treadmill counts? I don’t like to run outside when is cold. Jocie D

AZ, running is running as far as I’m concerned, whether is on a treadmill, road or a track. I’m probalby going to start doing treadmill work in the near future. Temps have dropped off here in the evenings and I cant usually get to my exercises until after 9:30pm…..and my body does not like to exercise in when it’s cold. My training plan called for 3mi yesterday and 4.5 today. I reversed them, did the 4.5 yesterday and the 3 today. Set 2 personal best records for time for 1.5mi yesterday and 3mi today. So, I’ve been doing the right things training, I think.
