I Did 10K Pushups! I Did 1,000 Pushups!

Hey would anyone else be interested in a little more intense a challenge?

I started 4 days ago and I’m averaging about 180 – 200 or so a day. Should be done tonight if I kill myself (at 700) or tomorrow.

Would anyone else be interested in agreeing to a challenge of 1001 push ups in 4 days?

I haven’t do push up for long time due of college. I used do 100 push up in karate class in few years ago and today I did 77 reps today.

Not bad for get back on track for few years.

Once a week I do about 1200 push ups and 400 pull ups. Not always but I never do less than 1000 push ups. It’s not hard if you train right.

Its all in your mind everyone, pretty impressive iron dave gives me a goal to chase. When i played hockey i used to do 1000 sit ups/crunches a day but push ups are a little more physically demanding. Good luck everyone! Remember your doing this for no one but yourself!

I’ve finally gotten serious about taking care of myself and not scaring people as well as myself when I take my shirt off. That’s when I joined DailyBurn. I’ve had pushups in my exercise routine since July ‘10. Y’all are going to laugh, but for this luckily healthy 63-year-old, 25.1 BMI now down to 24.0, starting out only able to do 5 pushups and now up to 20 in the first set is saying something. Bear with me.
