Yeah, feeling good now. The kids tried to kill us off with several sicknesses… but we managed to survive. So I hope to get going strong again. But mainly running…. got to get the 75 miles in December. Cycling will be secondary for now. |

Well, right now it’s the weather that is slowing me down… it’s getting hard for me to do longer rides these days. So try to be easy on me before the weather gets better so I won’t have too much catching up to do. cardailey and Mario2 are pretty fierce competitors, so I’d keep an eye on these two… Good luck to you all! By the way, I’m having a really hard time to catch up StevenG in the swim challenges… actually I’m pretty sure I won’t even be able to catch up ;) |

Snow, sleet and freezing rain here in Philadelphia for most of last week and this week as well. It seems as if I get two decent days in and then it rains or snows for four. At this rate, I’m not going to make it. Once the boats go back on the water in March, I’m into heavy duty training to try to make Team USA for Worlds in August… so have at it, everyone! |

@Catdailey, Couldn’t you use the miles you put in on your trainer for the next few months? Seems a shame to pull out just as IronDave is about to hear the whir of your gears. :) |
