I just joined this site. I really like the Nutrition Tracker feature. It helped me realize that I’ve already eaten half my calories for the day for my first two meals. Now I know that I need to go light on my dinner. Nifty indeed.

I started losing weight just over a year ago. I’ve lost 75 pounds so far. I’m well within my healthy weight range now.

  • June 2007 – 18 Stone 8 Pounds
  • June 2008 – 16 Stone 7 Pounds
  • December 2008 – 14 Stone

Target: 13 Stone 4 Pounds

I’m hoping to lose the last 10 pounds of belly fat. :-) That would be just perfect.

just joined to try and motivate myself to continue loosing the weight… I have lost 18 lbs since September and plan to loose 10 more by February 15th..or lets make it 14th in time for Valentine’s day.
Drink lots of water, green tea, put lime on everything, lots of fish and stay away from processed meats (ham, sausage, hot dogs etc)... oh an use yogurt as a base for cold sauces with your dinners – just add some spice and you’ve got a good healthy sauce.

Lime on everything? I’m toast I’m allergic towards citrus. I find that drinking a lot of water and staying away from eating chips at night works for me. I guess I’m lucky who only need to do that. Oh and I also run about 3 – 4 miles a day.
