This is day two on tracking stuff. I’m excited to find this site as I can update easily from igoogle. YAY…maybe I’ll have some success finally. Never knew it would be so hard just to not GAIN weight, much less lose the 20 lbs I’ve packed on since 2004, which is when I had my gallbladder out and started menopause. Never had to think about my weight before that and this is driving me crazy. Wish me luck….I wish you all luck too!

just joined but I have been working out for a month and a week. I’m doing the ab’s diet and I have lost a good 10 pounds but have become much stronger in the process. I need recipes and a motivator so feel free to message me. :)

I Lost 5 Lbs! I Lost 10 Lbs!

I just joined this group, I wanted to be realistic about it.
I’ve lost 3 lbs in my first week, and am being very careful not to get obsessive, and just become observant. I can’t do a lo of exercise because I am recovering from tendonitis in both ankles from over-exercising. So, I am excited that this is going well. I have been eating brown rice, using tomato sauce to flavor things, and adding veggies in. It’s going well!

I’ve put on alot of muscle which is making this task a little more demanding than it has to be! I think I’ve lost 15 pounds. Everyone can tell but the scale doesn’t really imply much change.

Just started working out about three weeks ago and have now shredded a couple pounds and can already tell. I tend to drink a lot of water, good protein and spread out my meals.

Just came back from vacation and weighed myself. I gained 8 pounds in 2 weeks. And all that hard work I put in to look good FOR the vacation and I blew it while I was there. 13 pounds by October for the husband’s homecoming from Iraq!

I have only been a member of this site for a few days and am blown away by the power of just being aware of what I am putting in my face!! I am a fairly fit person but have always “exercised to support my eating habit”. As I get older, that isn’t working so well for me any more! Great site!
