Gold Medalist

I really want to lose about 15 pounds but i am going to start with 10 pounds first. Will try to be on a healthy diet this month and yes exercise is key.

After three weeks I finally broke the 210 lb barrier and woke up today at 208lbs.I think because I was having a snack after my workouts I was not losing any weight.I won’t be making that mistake anymore.

have lost around 1.5 kgs feeling better. am on a very strict diet where in i am not having fried food rice bakery products and whole milk and sugar.
