I Lost 10 Lbs!

ive lost fifty in the past eight months… im trying to only lose ten more pounds… but convert it into muscle… so if i lose ten pounds of fat and replace it with muscle and STILL be the same weight im cool with that lol!

Perfect_10 – best tip, log all your food and workouts. It is hard to overeat when you have it looking back at you after logging and all of us can see you ordered the triple chocolate cake with 2 scoops of ice cream:)
