I just joined this today. I am post-partum and nursing and my weight raised significantly during my pregnancy! Now I’m trying to lose safely while still nursing, and getting back into the exercise game. It’s all a bit overwhelming but I’m pretty excited!

OK I just joined this group and I need to get serious about losing some of this weight. My “big” goal is to get off of the Cholesterol medication. So… here I go I did workout this morning – not the best workout I’ve ever had but still in all I got through it – It should get better over time. I’m on a mission!

Just started the P90X Program Monday night to lose the first 10 pounds and hopefully tighten up what’s left. Hubby is doing it with me. I’m his support system so I have to find my support system online. I’ve lost 10 since January 1, so I’m working on the next 10 by the time we go to the beach in June. Hopefully it won’t take that long.

I Lost 20 Lbs! I Lost 10 Lbs! I Burned 5,000 Calories!

i love this site not sure how long its been up and running but i wish i had it 2 years ago. i weighed 230 lbs. i’m now down to 158.4. and everyone keeps saying drink water well i just started doing it two days ago and i have lost almost 5 lbs already its amazing how much water i hold wow is all i can say. THIS SITE ROCKS!

I am going to try and take this seriously, I always want to do it but find excuses such as I am on vacation, etc. I also work alot and have a hard time finding a meal time then I just snack, which is never good…

I am new to this site. I’ve already lost 80 lbs since dieting. I was down to 90 lbs lost before the holidays, but gained 10 lbs back. I’ve just now given up soft drinks completely. All I drink now is my normal 84 oz of water a day and a gatorade.
