I started exercising at the end of 2008, I have lost about 10 lbs. as of 2-2-09. My goal is to lose 20 more. I am excited to have found this website. I wish everyone good luck!! I hope having this support system will help.

I Lost 20 Lbs!

I started at 254 New Years 2008. Using this site I got down to 209 headed into Halloween 2008… Then Halloween and the holiday season and travel… blah blah blah I rounded out the year at 225—but I anticipated the holiday weight gain.

I did not anticipate being ill for half of January. By the third week I’d gotten to 227.5 Ugh.

Started working out again and my weight has gone up to 230 (initial weight lifting “muscle memory” hypertrophy weight gain). I anticipate getting up to about 232 before the fat really starts to melt back off.

I want to get down to 210 by June, 197 by August. That should be a good weight for me.

I am getting married this may. I am very excited but i need to lose atleast 30 lbs. This is very important for meh. I want to look my best. I started working out today.
