Weight is tricky, I’ve been working out with a trainer and taking classes and doing Cardio on my own and my scale tells me I’m up 8lbs, that can’t be right because I’ve been really actively planning my meals and with the calories in and out, it’s just not possible. I also think gaining 8lbs of muscle in 4 weeks might seem a bit excessive so i’ll try again and see if the scale was just off.

I Lost 20 Lbs! I Lost 10 Lbs! I Lost 5 Lbs! I Burned 25K Calories! I Ran 100 Miles! I Burned 5,000 Calories! I Lost 35 Lbs!

4 weeks in and 16 pounds lost. I’m feeling great!!! There’s a long way to go still, but I definitely feel like I’m on the right track. Congrats, too, to all of you on your continued successes.

Started today. I just had a baby and was at 206 when I delivered one month ago. And I want to get back down to my pre-pregnancy weight 125 but I would be happy with 130.
