Well I have been taking some new supplements and improving my diet and hasn’t been as fast as 5 days my weight loss but I am satisfied, I haven’t feel bad and without negative effects. I think that losing weight so fast can be unhealthy. This way is giving me results.

Sorry again, mine is playing up, can someone remove my entry. I entered my current weight 152.6 at a loss of 3.4lbs and it ended up at a minus number :S

I Lost 5 Lbs!

I joined this group because I need all of the motivation that I can get. Joined daily burn a few weeks ago but haven’t been able to get on track. I’ve actually gained even more weight and most of my clothes aren’t fitting anymore. HELP! 5lbs seemed like a good small goal to start with, and then I can move on to 10 and 20 etc.

I Lost 5 Lbs!

just starting out. I’ve actually gained 10lbs since September. Lots of eating after a death in the family. Lots of people kept bringing over heavy comfort foods and dessert, and I just kept helping myself. It’s time to let go of food to cope, and get myself back on track. I’m tired of busting out of my work clothes and overall not feeling well!

I Lost 5 Lbs! I Lost 10 Lbs!

can anyone offer any advice about how much I should be exercising? Like how often and for how long…and what should I be doing exactly? I’ve never gotten professional help when it comes to losing weight and I really would appreciate any advice!
