I Burned 25K Calories!

Hi guys.
Great challenge idea. Was going to take part but I only run on the treadmill at the moment. So this would skew my figures. Made a new challenge, the same but treadmill instead.

Does anybody else have chronic knee problems or know how to prevent or ameliorate such pain? Since I was like 11 this issue has plagued me after consistently running a moderate amount for several months.

I Ran 100 Miles!

Ice using dixie cups after each run 4 minutes ice directly to skin. I get knee pain form IT band so I always stretch out well as well as roll out my IT band with a foam roller. There are also exercises you can do in order to prevent injury/pain.

I’m still getting used to how Daily Burn tracks challenges, but I’m liking it and loving being back on the roads after my week of recovery from my first half marathon!
