How’s everyone doing!!!! I finally got off my booty and started the Couch to Run today…it was rough but I’m taking it one day at a time. I got a cruise to get ready for and I wanna look hot in my new dress! I have been doing a lot better on food although I dont log it everyday. I read in Prevention that Summer is a GREAT time to start a diet…all the fresh fruit and veggies…and I am definitely taking advantage of that! Happy week! And just give yourself 1 day over the holiday weekend to be diet free—-thats my goal :)
