Back To The Future
This 100 pound loss challenge will put me back to what I weighed in high school…back in the 60’s. I was a slim trim 150 pound know-nothing kid back then. Maybe I still know nothing because my doctor gave me a choice for this year, loose the weight or die of heart failure. I choose life.

THE MONTHLY THREE HUNDRED MILE PLUS CHALLENGE
Ramping Up to Road Races (Senior over 50 Level)
This challenge supports the weight loss goals in the “Hundred Pound Challenge” above. The caloric burn of 15-20 miles in under one hour equals almost ½ pound. When coupled with controlled calorie intake of 1300-1500 per day, I cannot help but lose weight.

If I can lose 100 pounds, I’ll be back to the weight I was (195) when I left the Marine Corps eight years ago. I was a sickly 160 lbs. when I joined up in 1998.

Since it’s winter time a lot of people will be running inside, so I thought of having a treadmill challenge; To meet the goal of run/jog/walk 100 miles on the treadmill.

I Lost 35 Lbs! I Lost 20 Lbs! I Burned 50K Calories! Top Dog I Lost 10 Lbs! Conqueror I Lost 5 Lbs!

I am happy their are other people in my boat trying to shed the pounds. I have about 110 pounds to lose and I hope this will help me to get through the days I want to quite on myself. Just saying how much I need to lose… well is overwhelming to admit. The good thing is I am able to walk without pain after four months of hardly even being mobile due to my pain. Which scared the hell out of me. I have been walking pain free since January 1, 2010 and eating health. I close the month with 7 pounds lost and 103 to go!

Just joined today.My name is Jenn, I live in Toronto Ont Canada, I’m a mother of 4 great kids ages 18(b) 14(g)12(b) and (11) and I ahve to say i have the best husband in the world. We are both doing this together he only needs to loss about 10lbs but it’s all good.
I will be going on my third week of eatting better and getting out moving I need alot of work I have done it in the past. The most I ahve lost was 60lbs, but went back to my old ways and now I’m 334 I have lost 6 lbs so fare which is pretty good for just eatting a hel of a lot better. I ahve also started to wal alot more not as much as I should but it’s a start. I also have the biggest loser game for wii and also wiifit put I can’t do the wiifit just yet for the fact I can’t get on the wii board with out it telling me just so nicely that it can’t read my size. Which is making me get even more motavated to loss some more weight just to get on that damm board.lol I also got a walk up call from my DR about 3 weeks ago saying that I might have diabetes. So today I went and did my blood work for my next test to see if it’s ok or not. I will find out sometime this week.. I’m hoping it’s ok.. I really don’t want to take needles for the rest of my life. Any ways this is long wish me luck in all my weight loss I know I will need it and feel free for anyone to add me I know I need all the buddies I could use.
