I’m so glad I did a search for this. I was feeling a little down when I saw the main challenges that first showed on screen were for those wanting to lose 35 pounds or less. I need to lose so much more than that. Glad I found this!

100 lbs by 12/31/13 – The Goal

Breakin it down (the plan):

2.04 lbs per week (7000 calories a week = 1000 per day I have to give back in food or exercise)

The plan to reduce my calorie count from what I intake to burn by 600 calories

the other 400 will come from exercise

Now I know what to do for today!
