I really want to do this this time. I’m sooo tired. I know I will feel better if I lose weight. I had lost 25 and gained back 35 :( once I started a super stressful job. At my work there are free snacks available all day like nuts, potato chips and the like. That’s where my weight gain began — I have to walk through the cafeteria to go to and from work. I am a mom of a 4th grade boy who is very active and loves high calorie foods. My partner is very skinny, he has no weight problem at all. I have a corn on my left little toe that makes it painful to walk right now, plus there is snow everywhere. I work 10 hours a day and am sedentary. I need help and motivation. I am in my late 40s.
