Can YOU lose the most weight & inches by May 5th? Are you up for the challenge?! I am new to this website and am very interested in forming a motivation group! My goal is to lose at least 10 pounds by May 5th, so I decided to make my own challenge and I hope you join me! I will be starting on Monday, April 5th. I will be posting snack and meal ideas, exercise ideas, and motivators, and I encourage all of you to do the same! Weigh in's will be every Monday!

hey all! i’m trying to read all the previous posts but i can only read two? any help with this?

we are posting weekly weight loss! daily weight loss posting is optional as I know some people like to weigh every day (myself included!)
How often does everyone want to post inches?

DAY #1

It looks like we have a good start with members on this challenge! WOO! =)

My beginning inches are:
Bust: 38
Waist: 29.5
Abdomen: 34
Hips: 37
Thighs: 21.5
Arms: 12

Weight: 148.8 this morning

If everyone else could post today that’d be great! I hope everyones first day is off to a good start! Feel free to post meal/snack ideas, as well as exercise ideas that have worked for you!

Just went for a mile walk/jog. I’m trying to ease my body into running.

Lost 1.4 pounds since yesterday! I am doing the Curves diet (I am a fitness trainer there) and it works GREAT for me. I lost 13 pounds in one month the HEALTHY way the last time I did this. Hoping for 10 – 12 pounds this time around! =)

I am doing strictly cardio for a while and then the circuit weights at my work.

Down 3.4 pounds since monday!! I must have really needed this after the easter holiday! LOL
Power walked for 30 minutes last night. Today is supposed to be my day off of cardio but I think I’ll go on an easy walk instead.
