I’m good. Struggling with my weight training though because I’m at my parents for the easter holiday and dont have access to a gym. There’s only so many exercises I can do with my one dumbbell and body weight. Interesting trying to switch it up though!

I Did 1,000 Pushups! Fat Loser

Are you doing pull-ups, chin-ups, bodysquats and push-ups? If so, record your bodyweight as the weight lifted. Actually it should be a percentage less than BW for some of these exercises but the key here is to get credit for your workout and not to be 100% accurate. It’s not whether you win or lose the challenge, it’s how you work it. ;)

Hi Doo. I’m doing squats and pushups (with percentages of BW added etc.) along with variations of dumbbell exercises. Unfortunately I’m not strong enough to do pull ups and chin ups, although I’m working on them :-) I’m going to have access to machines from Monday so hopefully my weights will increase.
