I Burned 5,000 Calories!

Just wondering, when I do dumbell exercises should i put the weight of 1 dumbell or the combined weight of the two?

The combined weight of the two because you really are lifting that much weight. Like consider a barbell bench press versus dumbbell. If you put 140lbs on the barbell you are lifting 140lbs, but if you put 70lbs on each dumbbell, you are still pushing up that same 140lbs.

So yeah, sorry about the length explanation.
