I Burned 25K Calories! I Lost 5% I Lost 20 Lbs! I Burned 5,000 Calories! I won October! I Lost 10 Lbs! I Lost 5 Lbs!

This next 5 or 6 weeks will be a difficult time for me. I will have several parties / meals-out to go to and will be spending a week at Christmas at my parents’ house, which generally involves lots of eating and drinking, and no opportunity for exercise. I’m hoping to keep the over-eating down to 1 or 2 days and maybe to visit my father’s gym as a guest, although that costs about £12 (~$20) for each session. I will certainly need this challenge to get back on track.
