also what are we supposed to be tracking? the total pushups over the six weeks or the amoutn of pushups we do in our final test? |

I couldn’t find a way to set it up to track push-ups… Apparently you can only track distance. I’ll simply add the number of push-ups I can do every workout day, as per the program. For the initial test, I managed 16 push-ups, so I input 16 ft here. We’ll see if/how that works. |
