Just so you know… I am joining today (18th Apr). However, when I add my exercises for a few days ago, it’ll backdate them to the beginning of the challenge. That’s caught a few people out. Hence the sudden jump in weight lifted from 0 to whatever is shown.

Pull-ups-wise, I’ve not been doing them for a few months due to injury problems. However, I am back doing them with 5 sets of 5 currently (not chins but pull-ups)
