The 200 ClubOrganized by San Diego Premier Training
I have tried this challenge once and was not able to pass. The goal is to reach 200 reps total between 4 exercises. You have 1 minutes for each exercise with a continuous clock. The exercises are body weight squats, inverted rows, push ups, and sit ups. The goal is to reach 200 total reps in four minutes. I have gotten 185 so far. Rule: Squats must reach parallel on each rep, push ups must touch chest to the floor, inverted rows must touch chest to the bar, and sit ups wrists must touch knees. Good Luck. |
