Ok, I am all signed up and so ready to go. I am doing my own exercise and healthy eating program. I have been around the fitness end of the world that I think I can figure it out. If anyone has ideas as I go along, let me know. I am open to ideas.
Hitting this lovely age of 40 has made lossing weight a bigger challenge than before. Exercise is going to be my key.

K, so I am busy figuring this out. I am not going to follow a rigorous exercise regime, I just need to get moving. I work at the mall and so I am going to go in early and mall walk for a half hour to 45 minutes before work. I am also going to try the couch to 5k fitness group as well. We’ll see how that goes. My downfall is coffee. I did order a “skinny” this morning…I wonder if I can give it up altogether. Excited that I have joined this group, give me a bit of motivation! Great to see others here as well…

hi everyone! this is great! I have been needing this for a while now, my “baby” is now 5 years old LOL! the older I get, the harder it is getting to get the pounds off! I will be doing the elliptical among other things at home & trying to cut back on the lattes & bread ;)

OK friends!! Here are a few links I found that may be of help to you, if you’re just getting started. While I may get some friends of mine who know about these things to write a short thing every nmow and then, this is pretty much up to each of you to work into your lifestyle. Basically, I don’t plan on creating workouts for ya!! :)

I Lost 10 Lbs!

This is great Scott! Just what I needed to challenge me out of my exercise apathy! I’ve got a LOT of weight to lose but there is no time like the present to start. I just turned 45 and this is the last year I want to be missing out on so many fun things with my son just because of the weight and my self-consciousness!

Hello Everyone,
I am excited to get started. I am a vegetarian, so I’ll get back to eating healthy. No more junk, and impulsive eating : ). I am also going to start doing Pilates, again. Looking forward to cheering everyone on. God Bless!
