I think that you are going to kick my ass in the running challenge and that I am going to kick everyone’s ass in this challenge, since I’m doing two century rides this month, and I’m currently riding about 40 miles a day to train for that. Hello, I always love a cycling challenge, and I am definitely up for this one,. i see though that the previuos miles for this month are not showing up here even though they are on my other challenges. either of you have any idea why? I have slowed down on my mileage a bit this month even though i have a race coming up in grovania on the 23rd and 24th. I have had to work nights for a while and it is taking its toll. I’ve noticed that problem some times where it seems like if you join a challenge after it has begun, that it doesn’t count anything you did previously – I’m not sure how to fix that. Maybe we can set up an October or Halloween themed challenge – like most miles by midnight on Halloween, and then we’ll both be in from the beginning. I’m off to do the Escape New York Century this morning. Later! |

Hi Hellison, Sounds good to me, I am having to use my Mountain Bike now, took my road bike to the shop to “fix” it before he Golden Olymics and it came back in worse shape than it was when I took it in. So it is down for a while until I can find a decent wrench or learn to change cassettes and bottom brackets on my own. Did you ever do the Horrible Hundred, it is in Orlando Florida and is a great ride with lts of hills his year it is a 2 day event, should really be something, Have a great day Jerry |
