My current baseline 4 weeks ago was 150kg (330lbs) for 5 reps for 5 sets… just! So 315lbs =145 kg approx. Once again, when I get over my squats hiatus I’ll have a crack at 8 reps.

I’m going backwards. Had a 2 week break. Started squatting and now only managed 3 reps at 150kg (330lbs) – that was after 5 reps at 140kg, 5 at 130k, 5 at 110kg, etc. Still bad news though. I need to drink more milk!
