In a Distance Goal Challenge you are competing to see who can log a certain distance first. This is the first time for us to do a distance challenge on dailyburn so this is a learning experience for us too!! This challenge is for the Support4weightloss group. Here are the rules: 1) you will need to get on and update your distance walked either every day or once a week (whichever works best for you). 2)this challenge is private and is invite only. You may edit your privacy setting so that no one but your motivators can see this. 3) Leader board is updated by dailyburn.com and is based upon who has walked the most miles. 4)It will only let you log walking so if you do another exercise do your best to convert it to how many miles it would equal walking. Remember 15mins of exercise equals 1 mile. 5) Enjoy yourself and get to know everyone in the group! :D After all we are all in this together! The point of this group is to support each other during our weight loss journeys! Please no negative comments or meanness towards each other.
