So I started this diet on the 4th or 5th of January and I’m down 8lbs. I did deviate a little as I caught the flu last week and was living solely off of OJ, soup, and crackers but mostly I feel like this is a very do-able diet. Has anyone tried doing a cheat day every 10 days or so? Is it as effective? I’m thinking about trying that…
