I got up at 7am today but I’ll try to get up at 5am tomorrow!
At least, I worked out for 2h30!

I wont be getting up at 5am because of my current schedule, I’m normally awake any time from 5.45am – 8.30 depending in the day, but I am building up to a couple of hours of exercise a day :-)

8.30am was my wake up time today as I have some late night concerts today. Same again for tomorrow. Not sure about Monday, will be getting up early to study but wont be able to work out till 5pm at my karate session.

Well… I’ll take into account my personal jet lag… I would beneficiate from getting up early, but as work late (2 pm till 10 pm in average) and go to bed extremely late.
But that’s a good idea to add a morning work out in Summer
