yay!…I gotta get walking again…Gonna start walking twice a day, before and after work…Gotta make up for all that walking I used to do during work somehow! |

Did my first mile for today…After work, do some more. I cant “weight” (hah, get it) until I can run these miles instead…quite a few pounds to go before that happens though. |
