This is everyday walking – it’s about the only thing I track, a total tally of my day. Sometimes I wonder if I need a second pedometer so I can better track my distance walks but wow – is that too much or what? |

Holy moly Ang!! you are kicking butt. do you walk to work or something?? This is a great challenge for me because I get to see how little I am walking. I am at the gym running but the actual walking is pathetic since I work at home…ikes |

I do a lot of walking at work, walking from our different branches – plus the closest parking I can get is about 0.5 mile walk, so that’s a mile a day alone just going to and from my car. Then a group of us will take walking breaks almost daily which sometimes involves walking on the track. I’m lucky to work where I do! |
