Okay. Rules are simple: Lift as much total weight as you can in exactly one year from today. You may do push-ups, crunches, etc., just hold a dumbbell or wear body-weights while doing them. Other than that, have fun, DON'T HURT YOURSELF BY LIFTING TOO MUCH AT ONE TIME, and Good Luck! |
