Thanx! I was up a couple pounds from my original weigh-in, so it feels good to see some progress! Using the nutrition log as a food diary has really really helped.

why is the challenge based on weight loss; shouldn’t it track the # of times we go to the gym?

I Burned 5,000 Calories!

I couldn’t find a way to make it track the number of times we exercised. Is there a way to do this?

I Burned 5,000 Calories! I Lost 10 Lbs! I Lost 5 Lbs!

I’ve worked out 4 days a week since joining this program, it really should track times not weight as I’ve been putting on weight due to muscle growth but my waist size is reducing…

Oh well, still a good motivator to workout all the same.
