Lose Weight in EightOrganized by XTO Energy
1. Eight week challenge begins March 28th and ends May 23rd 2. Participants will choose their own personal weight loss goal. Minimum amount to lose is 4 pounds. A normal weight loss goal of one half to one pound per week is achievable and safe for most individuals. 3. Participants will weigh “in” and “out” on the same scale. When you “weigh in” you will write your starting weight and your personal weight loss goal for the eight weeks. This information will be kept confidential. Cards will be secured until the final “weigh out” date. 4. Please see your physician before starting any diet or exercise program. |
