Yoga Queen
This is a challenge for all of you wonderful women out there, to see if you can accumulate 500 hours of Yoga, Tai Chi and/or Pilates. Because DailyBurn doesn't allow us to log hours for Yoga, Tai Chi or Pilates for challenges, then I thought we could just do it as pullup reps. Basically, for every minute that you spend doing Yoga, Tai Chi or Pilates, you log 1 repetition. If you don't want the addition of pullups to mess up your calorie count, then just register the pullups as a 0 calorie burn an voila! you've not burnt any more calories than what you actually have! =) |

Does anyone know why DailyBurn doesn’t have any yoga-related information? With the – for lack of a better word – popularity of yoga these days, you’d think they’d offer something to supplement your yoga workouts. |

Hey all! Did you see that DailyBurn has added yoga as a workout? They even calculate your estimated calories burned! Is there anyway to change this to reflect the real deal? Cheers! |

Hi, unfortunately not, Rapunzzle. When creating challenges you can only use a preset list of exercises; until DailyBurn allow all the exercises to be used in creating challenges, you’ll have to find substitutes. |

Did yoga for the first time three weeks ago & I am HOOKED! Look forward to and miss it if “life” gets in the way…who knew this “chihuaha on crack” (as my mother calls me) would enjoy something so low key as much as I do! I find my daily focus much improved & I am sleeping better…just from one hour a week in three weeks! That is amazing! I am looking forward to adding more “Yoga Time” to my regimine so I can watch the progress of this challenge… |

I just realized that this challenge is addressed “to the beautiful women”! While we DEFINITELY are, I’m kind of sad to see that the men who practice yoga have been left out! I know plenty of awesome guys who practice yoga!! :) |
