Rowing Machine

This exercise is public.

The rowing machine simulates the action performed while rowing a racing boat in the water. Rowing is a good cardiovascular exercise, but it also does a great job of working your legs, arms, and shoulders. Take the handle with both hands, starting with your knees tucked into your chest and push down on your legs, pulling the handle into your chest leaning back slightly at the finish (ensure your elbows finish tucked into your sides inline with your shoulders). Push your hands away from your body and over your knees, only bringing the knees into the chest after the handle has passed over in a smooth, continuous style.
