Description
Sit on the floor with your knees bent and your feet flat. Lean back until your feel tension in your stomach. Lift your feet off the ground and bring your knees towards your chest. Try and balance on your back side or you can use your hands for support. Extend your legs out as far as you can and lean back. Stretch out as far as you can and squeeze your knees back into the starting position and repeat. Exercise description and photo by Michael Diebler.
