Cable Chop

This exercise is public.


Attach a rope to a cable machine and raise the handle all the way up. Then kneel next to the cable with your closer knee on the ground and your shoulders perpendicular to the cable. Grab the rope with an alternated grip and arms straight. Keeping your arms straight brace your abdominal and pull the rope across your body in a chopping motion. Slowly return to starting position and repeat. Exercise description and photo by Michael Diebler.
