Aqua Aerobics is a great cardiovascular exercise that uses your own bodyweight and water resistance to help you burn fat, strengthen muscles and tone your body. The exercises tend to be the typical exercises you see in a step aerobics class. Aqua Aerobics is a low impact activity, and it especially beneficial for people who have arthritis, joint pain, or who are rehabilitating from an injury. Most local pools provide classes, but if you're feeling brave, give it a try by yourself!
