Description

Aqua Jogging is a cardio workout that utilizes water resistance to offer the benefits of running with the advantages of non-weightbearing water activity. Using a buoyancy belt or a styrofoam noodle tied round your waist, jog/run in the deep end of the pool as you would on land. This exercise has a much lower impact on your joints than land running and is great for those with injuries (especially those with leg, knee or back injuries), arthritis or joint pain.
