Cross Body Chop
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Grab a medicine ball or a dumbbell by the ends with both hands and hold it as high and as far to the side as possible over your left shoulder. Quickly swing the weight diagonally across the front of your body toward your right foot, rotating your body and bending your right leg into a side lunge until the weight is over your right foot. Return to start. Complete a set. Then switch sides.
